Howdy to anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves here and reading this.

Today, Friday, April 29th of 2016, is a honey-doo-day. I have got a few odds and ends done around the house but the most important thing I’ve done today, at least to me, is submit my two entries into the “Journey Into…” contest.

what is it with cats jumping on laps when you are trying to type? I’ve kicked off “Bob” at least half a dozen times cause he keeps ‘spreading’ outward and onto my fingers/keyboard. I’ve kicked “Bruiser” off far less but not for want. Bruiser has cancer and only has a few days/weeks/months left with us. It’s too far advanced as so we are just making his last days as comfortable as possible. He is getting spoiled to no end. The only way I kick him off my lap is if my bladder can’t handle containment any longer.

I’m guessing I need to start working on my stories again but I’m also seriously tempted to submit something to the http://www.severedpress.com/submissions/ that just opened up a few days ago.

So little time for the joys of life…

Oh, who am I kidding? I know I’m going to submit something. The only wonder is what/which and how good of a condition it’s going to be in upon doing so.
