So… what’s different about today?
Ha… (long pause)… ha

The trouble with writing a story back in November and getting back to editing it in April is that can forget some of what you already covered in the 1st draft when doing your 2nd draft. I discovered that I now have some duplicate scenes. This means I’m going to have to pause and cherrypick between the two versions and come up with a merged third version.

Other issue.
My laptop didn’t shut down when leaving work yesterday and instead went into a hybernation mode. Translation… no juice. Did I mention I woke up early today to head to a writers group where I could spend the time cherrypicking between two different versions?

I love getting up early and losing sleep for absolutely no benifit.
